Svea was wonderful, we did a deep tissue massage and she addressed my needs perfectly. I will definitely need to come back often! Some signage for Balance Massage within the yoga studio would be nice, but I found it quickly nonetheless.

I see Jessica once a month for about a year now for full body massage and TMJ massage. I always love going there to relax and treat myself. The massage is inside the Metta Hot Yoga studio and it feels like entering a spa. The massage room is cozy and has a great atmosphere. Jessica is great and I'm always more than satisfied with her treatment! They do direct billing and the booking is super easy too. Thank you!

Simply put, Bree was exactly what I was looking for. Her devotion to her craft and dedication to providing a masterful massage was evident from start to finish, from the way she runs her studio so her knowledge of the body and how to ensure I am functioning optimally as an athlete. She was also a joy to chat with during the session and also respected the natural quiet moments. She is an expert in her trade and a joy to be around. Highly recommend to any athlete wanting the highest level of care, just don't even think about taking my spot in her calendar!
